Job Summary: Humano is hiring an Operations Site Manager to lead our order selecting operation at a distribution center for a leading national natural and specialty foods distributor in Chino, CA. You'll own the operation: training and mentoring a team of EPJ/case pick order selectors, driving associate efficiency and retention, and keeping the client relationship strong. We're looking for a leader who came up through order selecting and wants to build a team that performs and stays.
