Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities- Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations
- Broadening knowledge of own technical discipline to execute policy/strategy
- May include support roles with specialized technical field of knowledge; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
- Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework
- Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures
- Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team
- Develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE
- Explains technical information to others
- Role is 100% on site
Required Qualifications- Ability to work 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm), will train on 1st shift for 2-4 weeks
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college and 3 years of manufacturing experience OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum 6 year's manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing supervisory experience

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
