About the role:

As a Strategic Operations Lead with the Westinghouse Parts Business (WPB) Mechanical and Breaker Products team, you will drive operational excellence and execute long-term strategic initiatives within the WPB manufacturing organization. You will partner cross-functionally to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and align plant operations with broader business objectives. Additionally, you will play a critical role in deploying strategic inventory initiatives, leading high-impact projects, and ensuring sustainable performance improvements across value streams.

You will report to the Manager, Mechanical and Breaker Products. This is an anchor position that is required to be on site 5 days a week at our New Stanton, PA facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic operational initiatives aligned with business goals and manufacturing priorities.
  • Connect with project managers, product managers, and inventory managers to make decisions on make vs buy, inventory levels, and last time purchases.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvement plans.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $100,800.00 to $126,000.00 per year.
