Operations Enablement Specialist
Amwins Connect (benefits division, part of Amwins) is seeking an Operations Enablement Specialist to join. This individual will collaborate across all areas to ensure a positive customer experience that leads to increased sales, company growth, and promotes greater allegiance within the broader broker community. In this role, the Operations Enablement Specialist owns the management of successfully identifying gaps, managing implementation projects and transition of teams into the overall Amwins Connect business.
Hybrid role (2 days in-office) in a city where there is an Amwins office. California is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeframe.
Conduct research to identify and understand regional requirements relevant to the business needs.

Pursuant to California regulation, the compensation range for this position is as stated and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

$94,000-$119,000 USD
