Operational System Engineer
Location: Chantilly, VA (on-site client environment)
Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation: Competitive, Excellent BenefitsOnly applicants with the active required security clearance and are U.S. Citizens will be reviewed.The appropriate candidate should have experience with the following: Web application development methodologies, information security, and software team development life cycles.
- Must maintain active/current TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance.
- Familiarity with Model/View/Controller (MVC) architecture.
- 3+ years of experience in software design and development, including a strong familiarity with Linux, including scripting.
- Experience integrating and deploying web applications and understanding of web scripting languages (i.e. Javascript, PHP, Perl CGI).
- Proficiency with defensive cyber counter-intelligence.
- Requires a Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience with Docker and Kubernetes, and a familiarity with automation. applications like Ansible (including writing, testing, and documenting systems automation).
- Knowledge of industry standards regarding design, construction and configuration of global telecommunications and data networks.
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as needed to support operations.
- Experience conducting network penetration testing, information security red teaming, network incident response, and network/malware forensics.
