Full Job Description
We are seeking an Operations and Maintenance Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, and Reclamation systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining system performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across operations and maintenance activities while supporting uninterrupted service at the client site.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor daily operations of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, and Reclamation systems to ensure reliable performance
  • Ensure equipment and systems meet operational targets and efficiency standards
  • Analyze system performance data and recommend operational or maintenance improvements
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support uninterrupted production and service
  • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Perform inspections, diagnostics, and oversee equipment repairs
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation
  • Identify equipment faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities
  • Recommend process optimizations, cost-reduction initiatives, and energy-saving projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager


Position Details
  • Work is performed at client facilities in Sherman, Texas
  • Travel is required to and from the client's facilities
  • Minimal travel may be required for training purposes


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) with 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance OR Greater than 10 years of experience in semiconductor-related water treatment system operations, maintenance, expansions, and improvements
  • Equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge
  • Data analysis and performance monitoring skills
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS), tools, and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex, industry-related documents
  • Understanding of applicable safety standards and regulations
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Navisworks

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:

The pay range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
