We are seeking an
Operations and Maintenance Engineer to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, and Reclamation systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining system performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across operations and maintenance activities while supporting uninterrupted service at the client site.
What You Will Do- Monitor daily operations of Ultrapure Water, Wastewater, and Reclamation systems to ensure reliable performance
- Ensure equipment and systems meet operational targets and efficiency standards
- Analyze system performance data and recommend operational or maintenance improvements
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to support uninterrupted production and service
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and oversee equipment repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and technical documentation
- Identify equipment faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning activities
- Recommend process optimizations, cost-reduction initiatives, and energy-saving projects
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager
Position Details- Work is performed at client facilities in Sherman, Texas
- Travel is required to and from the client's facilities
- Minimal travel may be required for training purposes
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) with 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance OR Greater than 10 years of experience in semiconductor-related water treatment system operations, maintenance, expansions, and improvements
- Equipment troubleshooting and diagnostics experience
- Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge
- Data analysis and performance monitoring skills
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of maintenance systems (CMMS), tools, and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex, industry-related documents
- Understanding of applicable safety standards and regulations
- Proficiency with MS Office and Navisworks

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:The pay range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
