Job SummaryStore Leader/Manager (Full-time) is someone committed to leading and growing a team. This role is solely responsible for the success of the location. This role often requires nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Include- Strategically oversees the entire store operation while being the primary customer facing leader and the primary point of contact related to the business operations.
- Hires, trains and develops all Nutrition Consultants position and ensures daily duties are completed to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensures company in meeting its sustainability at the store, related to the environment, employees, and community - implements YOY improvement in sustainability.
Required Qualifications- 6+ years related experience or equivalent, preferably two years in the pet industry
- Work independently to problem solve and communicate across departments/stores
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Demonstrate ability to develop analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office
