Overview
As an Office Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations
Generate accurate, complete, and timely invoices using the billing software
Work with various managers to assist with preparation and formatting documents
Manage the purchasing of office supplies, equipment, and furniture
Coordinate the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
Manage diaries and arrange meetings
Book transport and accommodation
Manage databases and other various systems
Assist the HR team with on-boarding new employees and other duties as required

The salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $100,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, experience and education.
