Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Technology or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects
• Fundamental understanding of construction contracts, codes, and laws
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office and construction management software

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications for discrepancies
• Maintain daily records of contractor activities, labor, and materials
• Review construction materials for compliance with contracts
• Track quantities and create pay estimates
• Attend and lead construction progress meetings
• Conduct observations of installations and acceptance testing
• Identify nonconforming work and manage project punchlists
• Assist with project audit and closeout processes
• Supervise junior project representatives and construction inspectors
