  • Maintains ongoing accountability for offer backlogs, roadmaps, and operating cadences, including prioritizing and grooming product backlogs, developing and updating multi‑horizon roadmaps, and establishing regular stakeholder forums (e.g., planning, status, and review cadences) to ensure transparency, alignment, and disciplined execution throughout the offer lifecycle.
  • Serves as the product owner, leading internal teams to build, test, and refine offer capabilities; incorporates feedback from sales partners, advisors, and end users.
  • Maintains accountability for offer performance, alignment to strategy, and delivery against milestones.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conducts research and gathers data to perform market analyses (SWOT | Strategic Position, Pricing & Packaging Analysis, etc.) and for assigned offers.
  • Reviews and interprets market assessment scans to identify growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Translates market insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Go‑to‑Market & Enablement:

  • Executes and supports go‑to‑market plans for new and enhanced offers, coordinating approvals across Legal, Compliance, and other internal partners.
  • Trains client‑facing associates and sales teams to ensure offers are positioned and delivered effectively.
  • Develops and maintains offer documentation and internal enablement materials.
  • Leads ongoing client communications and post‑launch go‑to‑market effectiveness activities.

Performance Measurement & Analytics:

  • Tracks business performance for assigned offers, including revenue, profitability, adoption, and client outcomes.
  • Creates and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure offer effectiveness.
  • Analyzes performance data and surfaces insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration:

  • Partners across Advisory departments, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to deliver high‑quality, scalable offers.
  • Facilitates regular stakeholder updates to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities.
  • Builds strong working relationships to drive alignment and gain buy‑in for strategic initiatives.

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience in offer management, product management, consulting, strategy, or a related discipline.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses to be obtained and maintained within six (6) months of assuming the role.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting advisory, consulting, or client‑focused financial services offerings.
  • Proven track record of researching, identifying, and prioritizing market and client needs.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without formal authority.
