Of Counsel - IP & Trademark Litigation & Transactions New York, NY | $280,000-$320,000/year Lead sophisticated intellectual property matters spanning trademark litigation, IP counseling, and complex transactions. You'll serve as an IP specialist on M&A deals, handle IP due diligence, negotiate transaction provisions, and advise clients on licensing and technology-related agreements. You'll work alongside an experienced legal team on high-value matters for prominent clients, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across litigation, transactional, and counseling work.
