Position Summary
On-site, school-based Occupational Therapist position
Deliver individual and group IEP services
Document student progress
Collaborate with school personnel
Population: High School
Open school-based OT caseload

Requirements
Current NYS Occupational Therapy license
Age-appropriate experience
Ability to provide services in English
Mandatory NYCPS ORS Clearance
All providers must be cleared through NYCPS Office of Related Services prior to starting
Providers must submit resume, licenses, certifications, availability, and provider SSN via secure Stafferlink collection process
Individual provider applications will be coordinated directly with ORS
No start permitted before ORS clearance and RSA authorization
