School-Based Occupational Therapist - Brooklyn, NYShift Details
- Shift hours: 7:20 AM - 2:03 PM
- Location: Brooklyn, NY
- Population: High School
Caseload & Schedule
- 2 individual students / 2 individual sessions per week
- 4 group students / 4 group sessions per week
- Sessions are 30 minutes each
- Approximate weekly onsite hours: 3 hours
- Exact hours and session duration to be confirmed in interview
Position Overview
- On-site, school-based Occupational Therapist role
- Deliver individual and group IEP services
- Document student progress
- Collaborate with school personnel
- Open school-based OT caseload
Requirements
- Current NYS Occupational Therapy license
- Age-appropriate experience
- Ability to provide English services
Mandatory NYCPS ORS Clearance
- All providers must be cleared through NYCPS Office of Related Services prior to starting
- Providers must submit resume, licenses, certifications, availability, and provider SSN via secure Stafferlink collection process
- Provider applications will be coordinated directly with ORS
- No start date permitted before ORS clearance and RSA authorization
