Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist at The Orchards at Niles, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain their independence and achieve their highest level of functioning. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify resident strengths, weaknesses, and limitations
  • Utilize various therapy techniques and strategies to improve resident mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication
  • Participate in resident care conferences and provide progress reports to family members and caregivers

Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
