Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, mission driven pediatric team! Whether you're an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, this is an opportunity to grow your career while making meaningful change in the lives of children and families throughout the lifespan.
This role offers a dynamic caseload at partnered ABA centers throughout the city, combining outpatient services at our clinic with home based occupational therapy services.
What You'll Do As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll support children with a wide range of needs-including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges-helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Current Caseload Structure: - Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic
- Approximately 50% in-house services within 1-2 partnered ABA centers
- Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers
- Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
- Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team
What You Bring - Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active North Dakota and/or Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide mentorship and support to help you grow.
