Occupational Therapist

Pediatric Partners in St. Cloud is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative, mission driven pediatric team! This role offers a dynamic caseload at partnered ABA centers throughout the city, combining outpatient services at our clinic with home based occupational therapy services.

What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll support children with a wide range of needs-including medically complex, developmental, and behavioral challenges-helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.

Current Caseload Structure:
  • Approximately 50% outpatient services at our clinic
  • Approximately 50% in-house services within 1-2 partnered ABA centers
  • Travel within the city to ABA centers is required; mileage reimbursement is provided

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and within partnered ABA centers
  • Travel locally to ABA clinics to deliver in-house OT services as well as within the traditional outpatient clinic setting.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on effective use
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary care team
