Midtown Oaks Post Acute | Sacramento, CA

Full-Time Occupational Therapist  $60-$65/hour + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to our skilled nursing and post-acute residents. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate eager to begin your career, we'd love to hear from you!

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve function, mobility, and independence
  • Assess activities of daily living (ADLs) and implement therapeutic interventions
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and families to optimize patient outcomes
  • Educate residents and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and recovery strategies
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility regulations
  • Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards of practice

Qualifications
Required:
  • Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Preferred:
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience
  • Experience working with geriatric populations
