Level II fieldwork in hand therapy, with relevant continuing education, and 1-2 years of outpatient hand therapy experience as a licensed OT, OR
New grads with Level II fieldwork in hand therapy with a a strong clinical interest in upper extremity rehabilitation and a commitment to pursuing advanced training and certification in hand therapy
Experience in orthopedic hand therapy treating both adult and pediatric patients is required.

Compensation: $86K - $108K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
