Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist - Full-Time

Phoenix Mountain Therapy | Scottsdale, AZ

Pay: $44-$55/hour + Paid Drive Time

Phoenix Mountain Therapy is seeking a passionate and motivated Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team serving Assisted Living and Independent Living communities throughout the Scottsdale area.

This is more than a traditional OT position. As a Clinical Lead, you'll have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while helping guide clinical quality, support fellow therapists, develop relationships within the communities we serve, and learn how to build and grow a successful outpatient therapy program.

Whether you're an experienced clinician ready to take the next step in your career or a newer graduate interested in developing leadership skills, we'll provide mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on training to help you grow both clinically and professionally.

What You'll Do as a Clinical Lead

In addition to providing excellent patient care, you'll help provide clinical leadership across the therapy program.
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, mobility, and functional impairments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practice
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for therapy team members
  • Help promote consistent clinical standards and quality patient care
  • Support therapists with clinical questions, treatment strategies, and professional development
  • Help onboard and mentor new clinicians
  • Collaborate with physicians, community staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Build strong relationships with Assisted Living and Independent Living communities
  • Assist with program development, community outreach, and referral relationships
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in leadership and business development initiatives
Qualifications
  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for serving the geriatric population
  • Interest in clinical leadership, mentorship, and program development
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience is a plus, but not required
  • New graduates with strong leadership potential are welcome to apply
