JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible to assess patient's functional and cognitive problems including daily living activities, upper extremity, strength, endurance, fine/gross motor skills and evaluates premorbid, vocational and community roles.
This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Training/Experience:REQUIRED:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy (BS or MS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
License/Certifications/Special Requirements:Possesses current Illinois Occupational Therapist license or confirmation from Illinois Department of Professional Regulation that licensure is in process.
Pay Status:NON-EXEMPT HOURLY
