What You'll DoThe
Occupational Therapist is a key part of our Care Center team, helping residents maximize independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans. In our community-centered residence (built in 2020), you'll work with no more than 54 residents in a supportive, above-average-rated facility that takes pride in providing exceptional care.
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans to help residents improve or maintain daily living skills.
- Teach adaptive techniques and introduce equipment that supports participation in activities.
- Monitor and document resident progress, adjusting treatment as needed.
- Provide therapy following evidence-based, traditional practices in line with Rehabilitation Services standards.
- Deliver care in a long-term care setting, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team.

Who We're Looking For- Must have obtained a bachelors, masters, or doctorate degree in occupational therapy at a college or university which has been accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association, or be scheduled for the board examination.
- Must have current license with State of CO.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification upon initial hire and must maintain through GRHD employment.
- Practical experience obtained from previous experience in all aspects of occupational therapy; working experience in a long term care setting preferred.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships both within the department and with the other departments.
