Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. In this role, you will support patients in regaining their independence and improving their quality of life within the comfort of their homes.
Qualifications

Required
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in case management is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Preferred
  • Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings
  • Experience working with geriatric or post-acute care patients
  • Strong documentation and patient education skills
What You'll Do

Compensation

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year
