Full Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team. This

position is primarily for inpatient and skilled nursing facility patients. Developing an outpatient

caseload is available based on skills and needs. Hand therapy experience and/or interest is a bonus

but not necessary. New grads are welcome to apply; mentoring is available.

Salary: $58/hour + DOE

Job Description:
• Conducting assessments of patients and developing treatment plans.
• Assessing home and work environments
• Advising on adaptive equipment
• Developing physical rehabilitation programs to regain lost functional skills.
• Preparing patients for a return to home/work.
• Educating caregivers and family members on patient care.
• Evaluating results and progress of patient cases.
• Maintaining professional knowledge and technical progress.
• Complying with federal, state, and local certification requirements.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from a university certified by the

ACOTE (Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education)
• Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Current CA license
• Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices and occupational therapy programs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
