Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing outpatient team. This role focuses on
clinic-based pediatric occupational therapy, delivering evidence-based, play-focused treatment to support
sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Opportunities available for aquatics/feeding/speciality programs.New graduates encouraged to apply.Key Responsibilities- Perform pediatric OT evaluations and assessments (OTR/L position only)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Address sensory processing, motor coordination, self-care, and ADLs
- Provide outpatient pediatric therapy services
- Educate families on home programs and developmental strategies
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (OT) or COTA certification
- Active Maryland OT or COTA license
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical reasoning skills
Schedule & Location- Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN
- Monday-Friday, flexible
- Hagerstown or Frederick, MD locations
