**Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)**
**$43-$48 per hour | Chicagoland and Wisconsin**

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) has provided patient-centered care since 1986. We're seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support patients across skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, independent living, outpatient, and home care settings.
We're committed to helping our therapists succeed with supportive leadership, professional growth, and the resources to deliver quality care.

**What we're looking for**
- Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license
- SNF experience preferred
- Net Health experience is a plus; training is provided
