Vertical Health Services is hiring Occupational Therapists to join our in-house therapy team in University Place, WA. We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with facilities across Washington - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and a recently updated facility with a new therapy gym and equipment.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
- Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
- Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
- Use current equipment and modalities in our newly updated therapy gym

What You'll Need- Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
SNF experience is a plus, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
