Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
• Valid Driver's License with own vehicle access.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently.
• Proficient in managing caseload effectively.
• Skilled in electronic documentation and able to provide virtual care.
• Registered ADP authorizer is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement occupational therapy interventions as per professional and regulatory standards.
• Implement client interventions based on assessments and integrated care plans.
• Ensure interventions are evidence-based and utilize valid outcome measures.
• Communicate with the client's care team about intervention plans and schedules.
• Document assessment findings and treatment progress accurately and timely.
• Support safe client care through continuous quality improvement practices.
