As the Enterprise Health and Wellbeing Leader, you will provide strategic leadership for Owens Corning's global health and wellbeing programs, serving as the company's foremost advocate for employee health, preventive care, occupational health, and workforce wellbeing. This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide health strategies that improve employee outcomes, reduce risk, support business performance, and strengthen Owens Corning's culture of health and safety.

You will partner closely with Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, Legal, Benefits, and business leaders to establish health and wellbeing priorities, drive continuous improvement, and support Owens Corning employees around the world. Success in this role requires strong clinical expertise, business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a passion for improving population health through prevention, education, and employee engagement.

POSITION LOCATION: Toledo World Headquarters, Toledo, OH

Travel: Up to 30%, primarily within the United States

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute Owens Corning's global health and wellbeing strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Establish measurable goals and health outcome metrics for enterprise-wide health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction programs.
  • Lead health and wellbeing initiatives that improve workforce health, engagement, productivity, and overall employee experience.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on occupational health, employee wellbeing, public health, and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Monitor developments in public health, preventive medicine, occupational health, and healthcare delivery systems, identifying implications and opportunities for Owens Corning.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Environmental Health & Safety, Sustainability, Legal, and Benefits teams to ensure health-related programs, policies, and practices support business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for employee wellbeing initiatives, wellness programs, and health education efforts across the enterprise.
  • Support and guide health-related communications, ensuring employees have access to clear, relevant, and impactful health and wellbeing information.
  • Oversee employee health programs that support domestic and international employees, travelers, and expatriates.
  • Consult with business leaders on workplace health risks, occupational exposure concerns, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance to occupational health professionals, disability case managers, and site-based health resources on occupational and non-occupational health matters.
  • Partner with Benefits and Total Rewards teams to align health and wellbeing strategies with benefit plan design, preventive care initiatives, and population health objectives.
  • Analyze health-related data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and measure program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable medical privacy, health information, regulatory, and ethical standards across all regions.
  • Partner with external healthcare providers, consultants, and medical resources as needed to support employee health programs and services.
  • Lead the development and growth of enterprise health and medical talent, creating an environment focused on learning, development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Active professional healthcare license preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in occupational health, public health, preventive medicine, employee wellbeing, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience, including experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience developing and implementing health, wellbeing, or occupational health strategies within a complex organization.
  • Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen.
  • Experience utilizing health-related data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive presence.
  • Experience managing complex projects, initiatives, and organizational change efforts.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Occupational Health, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty.
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or other operationally intensive environments.
