Full Job Description
Practice Setting
  • Join 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Level II Nursery
  • Advanced Women's Center featuring:
    • State-of-the-art Labor, Delivery & Recovery (LDR) suites
    • Private postpartum suites
  • On-site surgical team
  • 24-hour anesthesia support
  • Collaborative care model with CNMs, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers

Schedule
  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Dedicated OR Block Time: Monday & Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Shared call model supported by CNM

This structure allows for both surgical consistency and balanced call coverage.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual salary range for this position is $300,000 - $500,000. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.

Position Overview

As an OB/GYN at MDH, you will provide full-spectrum women's healthcare services, including:
  • Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
  • Diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic conditions and infections

You will collaborate closely with clinic staff, MDH medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
