Call Schedule- 1:7 weekend call rotation
- One weekday call shift per week
- Call is primarily phone-based
- Going to the hospital is uncommon due to robust hospitalist coverage and support
Hospital AffiliationDeliveries are performed at
HCA Florida Oviedo Medical Center, which features:
- Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- 24/7 neonatology coverage
- Dedicated specialty nursing support
- Access to regional Level III and Level IV NICUs, including nearby Nemours Children's Hospital, for higher-acuity neonatal care
