Position Summary:The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic planning, and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, promotes resident satisfaction, and leads a team focused on quality outcomes, staff engagement, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to all department heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee census development and marketing efforts
- Monitor financial performance and manage the facility budget
- Foster a positive culture focused on resident care and employee satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
Qualifications:- Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Tennessee (required)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an NHA in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven track record in census growth, quality improvement, and employee engagement
