LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position Key Responsibilities:- Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
- Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards

LNHA / Nursing Home Administrator Position QualificationsLicensure:- Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri
Education:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
