Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Complete Care Management | Monmouth County, NJ

Complete Care Management is seeking an experienced and results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility in the Monmouth County, NJ area.

What You'll Do
  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility's daily operations
  • Ensure high-quality clinical care and services are provided to residents
  • Lead, motivate, and develop an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor key operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics
  • Drive census growth, occupancy, and overall facility performance
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, employees, and the surrounding community
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Partner with regional and corporate leadership to achieve organizational goals
  • Recruit, retain, and develop strong department leadership
