Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Days
What You'll Do Effectively problem solves, provides intervention and follows through on patient care, clinical, employee, interdepartmental and/or administrative issues. Initiates, plans and provides for education, maintenance and competence assessment regarding patient care and clinical policies, protocols and practices. Professionally communicates and supports the hospital mission, vision and values, as well as departmental goals to all staff.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program
- Registered Nurse license of practicing state
- Two years of clinical management experience
Preferred RequirementsFive years of clinical management experience
