Responsibilities
Provide nursing care in skilled rehab and long-term care units
Float between different units as needed
Administer IV medications and treatments
Document patient care accurately using PCC
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes

We are looking for experienced Nurses for SNF/Rehab and Float positions:
Experience Required
Skilled/Rehab experience
Experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
IV experience
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
3p-11p FT Position
40 hours/week
Includes every other weekend
Skilled/Rehab Unit
+$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
+$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
3p-11p 'Float' Position
Must be comfortable working on both skilled rehab unit and LTC units
Must have STR and LTC experience
32 hours/week
Includes every other weekend
+$2/hr Shift Diff M-F
+$6/hr Shift Diff S/S
We will pay any NH licensing fees for out-of-state applicants
Pay rate based on license and experience $35-$48/hour
SIGN-ON BONUS payable after 3mo/6mo If you're an experienced LPN or RN, join our nursing team.Start by Oct 1 and start 2027 with $1500 sign-on bonus January 1 and $1500 sign-on bonus April 1.
