Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Restore, you'll deliver high-quality medical services and therapies, educate clients on their wellness journey, and collaborate with the studio team to drive both medical and business success. You will play a critical role in ensuring client safety, delivering excellent outcomes, supporting membership growth, and contributing to the studio's overall revenue and retention goals.
This role requires a nurse who is comfortable operating in a retail sales environment, understands the value of relationship-based selling, and actively participates in converting consultations into services, memberships, and long-term client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Medical Expertise & Client Care
- Administer IV drip therapy, intramuscular injections, and other medical services with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to safety.
- Establish positive rapport with clients and create a safe, welcoming environment.
- Provide individualized client education on therapies, benefits, and wellness best practices.
- Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services based on client goals and needs.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that encourage retention, referrals, and long-term wellness engagement.
Sales & Business Development
- Actively educate clients on memberships, packages, and wellness services to support both health outcomes and studio growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase client utilization through appropriate service recommendations.
- Assist in converting prospective clients into members through effective consultation and relationship-building.
- Support studio sales initiatives and contribute to membership, revenue, and retention goals.
- Participate in promotional events, community outreach efforts, and wellness workshops designed to generate new business.
- Track and support key performance indicators related to membership sales, client retention, and service utilization.
Studio Collaboration
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the studio team to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Partner with Wellness Representatives and studio leadership to create exceptional client experiences.
- Assist with off-site nursing events, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture focused on both client outcomes and business success.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within client EMRs.
- Ensure compliance with all medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant studio environment.
- Adhere to all Restore protocols, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Licensure
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Certifications
- Current BLS certification.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar).
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering high-volume IV therapies and injections.
- Prior experience in wellness, concierge medicine, aesthetics, retail healthcare, or cash-pay healthcare environments preferred.
- Previous sales, membership, or commission-based experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: $38.00 - $41.00 per hour
