Nurse Practitioner - AKDHC West Valley Area

As Nurse Practitioner, you will use your compassionate and empathetic nature to support the clinical care of patients with renal disease. You will work under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services and under the clinical supervision of the physicians to enhance and augment patient care.
As Nurse Practitioner, you should have:
Master's degree in nursing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (4-10 years).
Current Arizona RN license and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ICD-9 and CPT coding.
Solid interpersonal skills, flexible schedule availability, and reliable transportation for travel between sites.
Your essential duties and responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner:
Collaborate with AKDHC physicians and dialysis staff to complete and document dialysis visits, addressing medical issues promptly.
