Job Description Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Anchorage, Alaska. This is an opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where quality outcomes, preventive care, and whole-person health are the priority.

What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and health screenings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and manage medications
  • Order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory testing
  • Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
  • Support quality improvement and population health initiatives

Qualifications
Required
  • Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain Alaska licensure)
  • National board certification as an FNP, AGPCNP, AGACNP, or other applicable certification
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred
  • Two or more years of primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, or community health experience
  • Experience managing chronic conditions and preventive care in an outpatient setting
  • Passion for building long-term patient relationships and improving health outcomes

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
