Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Oklahoma.
• Required experience in psychiatric/mental health settings.
• Preferred experience working with geriatric populations.
• Bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
• Valid driver's license with local travel capability.
• Adaptable and dedicated to collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments for treatment planning.
• Manage psychotropic medications including dose reductions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and behavioral health teams.
• Attend treatment team meetings both in-person and online.
• Provide care through in-person visits and telehealth.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.
