Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, and orderingappropriate diagnostictests.
• Provide prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care to patients in the clinic setting.
• Manage acute and chronic conditions related to women27s health by developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, andpreventive care.
• Collaborate with the care team tooptimizeclinic workflows and patient experience.
• Provide support in labor and delivery, including assisting with triage, inpatient care, and managing obstetric emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians during surgical procedures such as cesarean sections and gynecological surgeries.
• Conduct inpatient rounding for postpartum and gynecological patients.
• Participate in care coordination to ensure seamless transitions between hospital and outpatient settings.

Requirements:

• PhysicianAssistant(PA)OR Nurse Practitioner (NP) OR Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM):SuccessfulcompletionofrespectiveGraduateProgramandboardcertification (PA-C, NP-C, CNM);
• Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA;
• A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group;
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 (two) years working as an APP or prior experience in Women27s Health;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach to care.
