Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a strong emphasis on preventive care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
- Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
Qualifications- 7+ years of family medicine experience.
- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of West Virginia
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to community-focused care and ongoing professional development
