Tucson, AZ | In-Home Preventive Care

Looking for a way to practice that gives you more autonomy, meaningful patient interaction, and flexibility outside the traditional clinic setting? EasyHealth is growing our Nurse Practitioner network in Tucson AZ and we're looking for experienced, compassionate NPs who want to make healthcare more accessible; one home at a time.
What You'll Do

You'll meet members where they are, literally. During scheduled in-home visits, you'll conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments that help identify care needs, close important gaps, and connect members to appropriate ongoing care. This is not a traditional primary care practice or packed clinic schedule. You'll have the opportunity to focus on the member in front of you and deliver a thoughtful, high-quality assessment.

We're Looking for NPs Who
  • Hold an active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license
  • Are nationally board certified
  • Hold Pediatric Certification

  • Have strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
