Full Job Description
Our well-established, high-volume otolaryngology practice is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP with an interest in otolaryngology, as well as a motivated provider looking to build a long-term career in a specialty-focused practice.

The position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced otolaryngologists in a collaborative clinical environment while developing expertise across a broad range of adult and pediatric ENT conditions.
About the Practice

Chesapeake Specialty Care provides comprehensive care across all aspects of otolaryngology, including:
  • General ENT
  • Sinus and allergy care
  • Otology and hearing disorders
  • Voice and swallowing disorders
  • Pediatric ENT
  • In-office procedures and surgical care

Our practice has a strong clinical infrastructure and comprehensive ancillary services, including:
  • A robust in-house audiology department
  • Established allergy testing and immunotherapy program

Our Locations

Chesapeake Specialty Care serves patients across four Maryland locations, with Owings Mills serving as our main practice location:
  • Owings Mills - Main Location
  • Columbia
  • Westminster
  • Rosedale

The NP will primarily work between our Owings Mills and Columbia locations, with the expectation of providing coverage at our Westminster and Rosedale offices as needed based on practice needs and scheduling.

The Opportunity

The NP will work closely with our otolaryngologists and clinical team to provide high-quality, patient-centered ENT care.

Depending on experience and clinical interests, responsibilities may include:
  • Evaluating and managing patients with common ENT conditions
  • Obtaining comprehensive histories and performing focused ENT examinations
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with supervising/collaborating physicians, as applicable
  • Managing follow-up visits and ongoing patient care
  • Assisting with pre- and post-operative patient management
  • Performing appropriate in-office procedures within the provider's training, experience, and scope of practice
  • Reviewing diagnostic testing and coordinating appropriate follow-up
  • Providing patient education and counseling
  • Coordinating care with audiology, allergy, vestibular therapy, and other clinical services
  • Providing clinical coverage at our Owings Mills and Columbia locations, with support at our other Maryland offices as needed
