Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Family Practice)

Summary: Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide care at our Ontonagon and Iron River locations. Our clinics are designated as Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required. • Candidate Type: Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) • Paid malpractice with 100% tail insurance covered through the Federal Torts Claims Act (FTCA) • $2,500 CME annually based on full-time employment status • 184 hours of Paid Time Off based on full-time employment status • Paid Holidays • Health/RX, dental and vision insurance • Cell phone stipend • Employee Assistance Program Job Qualifications: • State of Michigan NP or PA licensure • Registered with current DEA certificate • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification of ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
