Henry Ford Health is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neonatology team at St. John Children's Hospital NICU-and we're offering a **starting bonus to the right candidate**.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive Level III neonatal care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Perform bedside procedures and clinical assessments
Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal support
Provide oversight and management of critically ill neonates
Communicate effectively with families and interdisciplinary care teams
Contribute to high-quality patient outcomes and evidence-based practice

Qualifications

**Preferred Qualifications**
Prior neonatal nursing experience
