Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
Requirements
Qualifications- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (NP Program)
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Tennessee
- Strong Clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
