We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in San Diego, California.

What does AFC Urgent Care have to offer?
  • Stable and well supported practice
  • Environment conducive to increase your scope of practice
  • Scheduling Options include 12 shifts monthly: 8am - 8pm.
  • Typically 2 - 3 workdays per week, with 10 - 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtime
  • Competitive Pay. Hourly Rate: $67-$73. Hourly Blended rate with overtime from 10 and 12 hour shifts incorporated with base rates: $74-$83
  • Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds.


What does AFC Urgent Care require?
  • An unrestricted medical license in California

  • At least one year's experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care setting
  • Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)
  • Availability to work: day, evening, and weekend shifts.


Compensation: $67.00 - $73.00 per hour
