  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to facilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with on-site staff

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality routine foot and nail care services
  • Conduct vascular and diabetic foot care assessments
  • Perform fall risk assessments and interventions
  • Execute minor foot and nail care procedures
  • Work with on-site staff to ensure patient well-being
  • Document care provided using a laptop provided by the employer
  • Collaborate with a physician for comprehensive patient care

Overview

Nurse Practitioner- Foot Care to provide services in a skilled nursing environment.
