Master's Degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty
ANCC or AANP Certification required
Unrestricted State License, DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications
Any State License accepted
Minimum of two years of experience within the last three years
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family medicine care in an outpatient clinic setting
Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
Manage chronic and acute health conditions
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care
