UT Health Tyler-North Campus is seeking experienced
APP (PA-C or NP-C) with concentrated role working in
Dementia & Alzheimer's Outpatient Clinicin Tyler, Texas.
Your Work: M-F 8am--5pm (No-Call)
Expected daily patient encounters 16-18
Evaluate patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's and other cognitive disorders
Develop and manage treatment plans, including medication management and adjustments
Order and interpret diagnostic testing relevant to cognitive and neurological conditions
Provide on-going follow-up and monitor disease progression and treatment response
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team involved in Dementia and Alzheimer's care
Educate patients and families and support clinic program development
