Job Description: - Performs other duties as assigned.

- Leads performance- and quality-improvement initiatives.

- Enhances patient care and outcomes through effective use of new systems and technologies.
- Provides strong leadership and mentorship while supporting high-quality clinical care and staff development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education: - Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
- Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
Field of Study: Work Experience: - 1+ acute care experience [Required]

- 2+ years related experience [Preferred]
Additional Information: Licenses and Certifications: - Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
